ChadBot

Automation and AI for small local businesses

The safe kind of automation.

Smart help that never leaves the building.

I set up small automations that take the busywork off your plate. Reminders, follow-ups and paperwork get handled for you. Nothing gets sent or paid without your OK.

This is what an approval looks like

ChadBot is waiting for your OK to Email a payment reminder for invoice 1042 ($380, 15 days late)
  • Read 14 new emails. 2 are from customers.
  • Drafted 2 replies. Waiting for you.
  • You approved 1 reply. Sent.

What I can take off your plate

The stuff that eats your week

Most small businesses lose hours to the same few chores. These are the ones I see most.

Missed emails and leads

New emails get sorted for you. The ones that matter ping your phone, and ChadBot drafts a reply you can check and send.

Before a new customer waits 2 days for an answer

Appointment reminders

Customers get a reminder the day before, so fewer people forget. You pick the wording once.

Before calling down the list every afternoon

Invoices and paperwork

Info from forms, invoices and receipts gets typed into your spreadsheet or books for you. No more copy and paste.

Before an evening a week of data entry

Bills and due dates

Due dates land on a shared phone calendar with a heads-up before each one, so nothing slips through.

Before sticky notes and late fees

How the safety works

You stay in charge. Always.

A lot of owners are nervous about AI right now, and that makes sense. So every ChadBot setup follows the same four rules.

You approve first

Nothing gets sent, paid or deleted until you say yes. ChadBot gets it ready and waits for you.

Your data stays home

It runs on a computer in your office. Your files and customer lists stay on your machines. If a step ever needs an outside service, I tell you exactly what goes out before we turn it on.

Everything is logged

You get a plain-English list of what it did and when. No guessing.

Easy off switch

One click stops it. You never need me to turn it off.

How it works

From first call to up and running

  1. Free 20-minute call

Tell me what eats up your week. No pressure and no tech talk.

  2. A plan and a price

I write up what I'd build and give you a fixed price before any work starts.

  3. Build and test

I build it and we test it together on your real work.

  4. You sign off

It only goes live once you're happy with it.

After that you can add a monthly care plan. I keep an eye on things, make small changes and fix anything that breaks.

From my own setup

Things I've built and use every day

I test everything on my own home and paperwork first. Here are a few.

Phone pings for important email

Checks my inbox 3 times a day and pings my phone only for the emails that matter. The rest can wait.

Good for owners who miss customer emails in the noise

Shared bills calendar

Every bill due date shows up on a phone calendar my wife and I both see. It updates itself.

Good for anyone juggling vendor and utility due dates

A physical yes button

My AI assistant can work the TV and lights, but only after I press Yes on a small handheld device.

Proof the approve-first rule works in real life

About

Hi, I'm Chad

I've been building automation for companies for over 10 years. These days a lot of that work is connecting AI to everyday business tasks in a way that's safe and easy to check.

I've led an automation team and built automations in healthcare, where privacy rules are strict. That's where I learned to put guardrails on everything.

Big companies have whole teams for this. Small businesses usually don't, and that's who I want to help. When you work with ChadBot, you work with me.
